The pre-school education is an important part of basic education in China. People in early childhood is the length of the body,promoting a critical period of the intellectual. And strengthen the management of the infantnormal school physical education curriculum, and of great significance in improving theacademic quality of the Kindergarten Teachers of Physical Education Graduates, kindergartenphysical education teaching standards, to ensure that children grow up healthy.The integrated use of pre-school, sports and other related theories, using expertinterviews, literature reference, questionnaires and other research methods, many children ofShandong Province Normal School of Physical Education professional courses were analyzed.Kindergarten Teachers Physical Education Courses in Shandong Province is very clear on theoverall objective of the study obtained, both multidimensional theory, competence andemotional teaching objectives, Infant Physical Normal Students have a rich theory ofprofessional sports, but also superb education theory, students love the kindergarten businessand outstanding commitment to early childhood physical education professional knowledgeand ability; efforts of early childhood teacher Fan Shengpei outstanding preschool teachers todevelop all-round development of a moral, intellectual, physical. Research also found thatsome of the defects of the Kindergarten Teachers of Physical Education in Shandong: sportsoutline of old, the continued use of the Higher Teacher Education Physical Education Syllabus,teaching life of a little change and teaching materials; backward form of teaching, re theoryand practice of light; examine the students ’academic performance, focused solely on projectachievement tests to assess student learning outcomes, while ignoring the comprehensiveevaluation of students’ attitudes, classroom performance, extra-curricular sports and otheraspects.Kindergarten Teachers Physical Education courses should have a double standard, thatrequires both course characteristics of the sport, while at the same time take into account theearly childhood education, school segment characteristics; to not only pay attention to theteaching of physical education teaching theory and pay attention to the practice of sport class.Training and Training; should not only focus on students ’academic performance, pay attention to students’ learning attitude. Based on this, the focus from awareness-raising, renewideas, reasonable PE curriculum; the reform of the sports curriculum and evaluation criteria;to strengthen the faculty; focus on extra-curricular sports and other aspects of ShandongProvince Kindergarten Teachers of Physical Education course management strategy.
