Classroom teaching is the main means for education to achieve education goal,while the management of good classroom is the cornerstone of classroom teaching activities,which is the fundamental guarantee for the smooth progress of classroom teaching.In the middle of the20 th century,classroom management became a specialized field of study,and attracted the attention of scholars from different fields in foreign countries.Although the western related theory to study the effectiveness of classroom management is more diversified theory orientation,but western classroom management study of diversified theory orientation,also exposed the disadvantages of the compartmentalization between theory.Began to appear in the 1990 s,our country's education works discussed with study of classroom management,and the results of this study for teachers in the classroom practice provides guidance and advice,but also enrich the theory of pedagogy,but domestic classroom management researchers and experts,mainly adopts quantitative research methods,qualitative research,lack of qualitative research,domestic researchers mainly focus on domestic middle eastern developed regions,neglect the remote western area of classroom management research.Nowadays,teachers in rural minority primary schools in Yining,Xinjiang have problems with insufficient classroom management ability.Belongs to the case for qualitative research,this study focuses on tightly Yining rural ethnic primary school teachers how to see the current situation of classroom management and and the reason of the problems in the process of classroom management,this study using the related theory of classroom management,discusses how to improve the Yining rural minority elementary school teachers classroom management ability,put forward Suggestions for improvement.This study chose 14 teachers who are in Grade Four and Five from A primary school in Yining rural areas as the research object,mainly adopts case study method,and the integrated use of classroom observation and interview method,by means of classroom observation table to record their classroom management status,and interviewed the 14 teachers and students and school leadership.Through the analysis of survey data,this study summarizes the classroom management problems of A primary school teachers :(1)Students in the classroom not only have low interest in learning,but also have poor learning effect;(2)in the classroom,students have more problem behaviors,and teachers have negative punishment in the course of classroom management;(3)the quality of environment management in the classroom is poor;(4)teachers and students in the classroom are estranged from each other,and the peer interaction is not good.After analyzed the causes of these problems the study proposed put forward suggestions to improve the A primary school teachers' classroom management problems:(1)teachers should deepen the theoretical study and practice the democratic leadership;(2)theteacher should understand students' needs,creating A positive classroom environment;(3)teachers should establish good relationships;(4)the teachers should according to their aptitude,promote effective classroom teaching level;(5)the teachers should build democracy rules;(6)the school leader should adopt the mode of democratic management,to build spiritual home;(7)the school should organize teachers learning related education laws and regulations,regulating the behavior of teachers;(8)the school should perfect teachers' employment system;(9)the school pay special attention to the "standardized" construction,to optimize the classroom physical environment conditions;(10)the school use parent-school cooperative platform on campus,to strive parents to support management;(11)the government and education departments should pay special attention to “Min-Han school”work and community education work;(12)governments and education departments should strengthen the construction of teaching staff...
