With the accelerated process of the new curriculum implementation,interaction between teachers and students is becoming more frequent.Teacher-student conflict as a form of teacher-student interaction appeared newchanges, new situation, causing more and more attention of experts andeducationalist In contrast, the junior middle students is now in a special stageof puberty, and because the traditional concept of education management is beingchallenged, coupled with the external environment in the current market economy,the frequency of the conflict between teachers and students is very high. Howto prevent the conflicts between junior middle school teachers and studentsthoroughly, as well as how to solve the conflict effectively were being concernedby the educational researchers. Through this research, I believe that it is ofgreat significance to the formation of a harmonious relationship betweenteachers and students, to contribute to the growth of junior middle schoolteachers and students and enhance the management level of school interior andso on.In this paper, using methods such as questionnaires and interviews, andusing Weicheng District, Weifang City junior middle schools as a specific casestudy, the status of conflict between teachers and students was investigatedand analyzed. We tried to explore the causes of the conflict between the juniormiddle school teachers and students so that we could provide effective adviceand countermeasures for the general education and do better to prevent, reduce,handle and resolve the conflict between teachers and students. The full textis divided into four parts: The first part presented the introduction. In thispart, we discussed the definition of the origin of this research, the researchpurpose and significance, domestic and international research profile, therelevant concept. The second part contained the ideas and methods of research,investigation and interviews, analysis and conclusions. In the third chapter,from the individual families, schools, teachers and students and social four levels, the cause of the conflict of junior middle school teachers and studentswere analyzed respectively and analyzed its roots The fourth part is the actualsituation, to put forward countermeasures and suggestions of conflictprevention and proper handling teachers and students. Chapter IV is to proposea solution. From the teachers ’individual self-improvement level, the students’self-management level, the external environment and the school management level,the recommendations and effective countermeasures were put forward accordingto the results of the analysis.
