Educational practice in normal colleges to cultivate students’ practical ability is a way of normal college students’ academic, is a very important link, is also the teacher occupation career beginning. Education practice is the normal school students from educational theory to educational practice the key link, is the normal school students from the role of students to teachers’ role transition, is to improve the comprehensive quality of normal students step, it mainly includes the normal students visit and study, teaching, lesson preparation, classroom management, teaching experiment, investigation and education. Study of normal school students teaching practice of normal school students’ healthy growth, education level has very important practical significance.This study uses the case study method, literature method, interview method to the coaching intern students study. The secondary education students in the process of practice practice enthusiasm taller, but no experience; traditional knowledge base is solid, but new knowledge is relatively weak; traditional education idea is deep, but the concept of the new curriculum is relatively weak; and in students’ interpersonal puzzles and more, classroom management is relatively weak.So,secondary normal school education practice gradually train the normal school students good teachers’ professional attitude. The normal school students can be trained to love the country, abide the law, love the work, care for students, teach the students, serve as role models, lifelong learning, and good professional attitude. The practice promotes the development of the students’ professional theoretical knowledge. The more a man learns, the more he sees his ignorance. During the teachers’ practice process, one would discover his deficiency, and he will enrich his knowledge. The practice can promote the development of the students’ teaching knowledge and skills of normal school students. The students will gradually form a healthy concept of teachers and students. They will master teaching methods and researching methods gradually.The practice can accumulate the students’ experiences of class management, and then they can form a good teacher’s attitude and a good teacher-student relationship. It can promote the study and practice of new curriculum ideas, and the students would have a deeper understanding of the new curriculum ideas and their implement.
