Along with "the Non-government-funded Education Promotion Law" come on stage, the development of private education in China has stepped up to a new level, however, with its vigorous development, the private school teachers in poor stability, unconsionable flow speed has become one of the important factor of constraining the development of the private schools, as everyone knows, relying on the development of school teaching quality, excellent stability of teachers is the key to ensure the teaching quality, so the private education how to break through the bottleneck,and achieve to a greater development is very impotant. The construction of the teacher team is the key, in the face of frequent flow of private school teachers, the most impotant thing is to keep the stability of the teachers, which is to create outstanding faculty premise, also is the topic of this paper and research focus. ZY middle school is a private school in KunMing,Yunnan province, it has a long history, it has big influence brand and plays a decisive role in the position of private shools in our city, so I choose it as a case study.Nearly through a year of field investigation and questionnaire survey, the author analyze the present situation and the characteristics of school teachesr flow, the author found the school teachers flow are the main causes of salary and benefits generally at a low level, teachers’ burden is heavy, pressure is great, not getting a fair shake the lack of hearing, the professional development of teachers, the realization of self-worth, promotion, training needs of teachers there should be no incentive effect; with the human resources department, school management, teachers, students and parents, the depth of communication, the author combines the school actual situation to propose the solution countermeasure:the school to increase teachers’ salary and welfare, the implementation of human management of teachers’ life, caring, respect teachers, to give teachers a just and objective evaluation, scientific training and open and transparent promotion opportunities, meet the teachers’ self development needs; and teachers should transform consciousness, learn self management, and constantly improve their own quality and ability, initiative to create opportunities for development, in order to achieve higher pursuit of life and the ideal.This paper belongs to the case studies do not generally applicable to the pursuit of perfection of the theoretical framework and research results. But I believe that the study reference for private schools will have similar problems.
