Basing on the theory, such as good governance theory, stakeholder theory, modern democratic management theory, subjectivity education theory, gathering the materials by analyzing the statistical data taking from interviews and field surveys of D University In Yunnan, this paper reveals the will and behaviors conditions of college students to participate in the instructional management, analyzes their problems and the reasons, and gives some suggestions advancing students to participate effectively in teaching management on this basis. The article is mainly to discuss the following five parts:Part Ⅰ:Introduction. This section includes the research background, significance, content and methods, review of domestic and foreign.Part Ⅱ:theory. This section describes the nature of college student’s participation in the instructional management, theoretical basis, the feasibility and limitations, the principles and content, influencing factors.Part Ⅲ:Analysis. The statistics and evaluation of the participation condition of current college students show that the willingness situation is generally good, such as a strong willingness to participate, the right attitude, high enthusiasm, while Participation in the behavioral situation needs to be improved, such as narrow content to participate, low-level, a single channel, inefficient degree and so on.Part Ⅳ:Problems and Causes. There are six major issues in participation-teaching management process:Some students are low awareness level of participation in the instructional management; some students filled with utilitarian tendency in the managing process; narrow content and low-level to participate; a single channel to participate; low validity and satisfaction; system and the mechanism is not perfect. At last, I analyze the problems from four levels of students, faculty, university management and Community.Part Ⅴ: Suggestions. This section proposes measures to promote the students to participate effectively from status and problems of participation, including two major aspects:Establish the concepts and Provide protection mechanism.
