Study On Chinese College Students’ Participation In Management Problems In Hohhot University As An Example

The study from the students in school management on the basis of the theory of pointed out that our college students involved in the problems and reasons existing in the management of school, and finally gives some suggestions to improve our college students to participate in democratic management in Colleges and universities, the countermeasures and suggestions.This study is mainly divided into five main parts:In the first part, on the basis of the background and significance of the research by the literature review and analysis of, on College Students’participation in the core concepts of the management of colleges and universities to define, and pointed out that college students to participate in the study on the current situation of the management of colleges and universities have a certain significance.The second part is the Chinese college students to participate in the empirical research on the current situation of the management, research, mainly from the students to participate in the cognition of school management, participate in content, involved in the path, the participation stage and the difficulties involved in six aspects of the status quo analysis and summary of students in Colleges and universities present situation of tube.The third part discusses the Chinese students involved in university management problems and causes. Our students’ participation in university management mainly exists in content is limited, the level of participation is not high.The fourth part according to the existing problems, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve our student’ participation in university management status.
