In China’s secondary vocational education institutions, private secondary vocational education is an important strength to vocational education. The statistics over the years shows that private secondary vocational education in China’s secondary vocational education has made an important contribution. The level of the qualify of education is related to the level of teachers, so the construction of teachers has become the focus ofeducational development In2010, China promulgated the "National long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)", in which the development of private education was proposed Abo, it proposed that private education is an important development of education and it is the important growth force of promotion in education reform. Therefore, for private secondary vocational schools, teachers building is equally important Especialry in the cuntntfims competition between secondary vocational schools, a stable, reasonable structure of high-quality teachers for schools’ development is very importanthowever, In tte private vocational school construction of teachers process,teachers,job assessment,soical recognition, a variety ofwelfare and security and the composition of teachers, etc, stiD is the nwst prominent probkm This study vvas choose part ofprivate vocational schools in Chongqing And thorough understanding of private vocational school teachers and find out the way of solve some of the problems.
