Under The Perspective Of University Students' Employment View Of Labor Education Research

The graduate employment is not only the livelihood issues, but also a societyproblem. Recently, there have been gratifying achievements on the research ofemployment policies and psychology, markets supply and demand,and career plan.However there are still limited systematic analysis on laborview education. Most ofthe analysis are confined to the knowledge and ideas discourse. Thus, this article willdiscuss it in the five parts,according to the research and summarize literature.Part I: Preface. Clarify the origin, review relevant literature,elaborate thesignificance and the innovation of research, identify research method.Part II: Analysis on laborview education and university students employment.Beginning with the concept of labor and laborview, analyze the basical theory,explore the correlation between laborview education and graduate employmentpractice; definitude the effect of laborview education on "Three Views" education;and clarify it can enhance students’ quality and promote employment.Part III: Research on collage students’ laborview problems. Firstly, analyze ouruniversity students employment situation in recent15years, emphasize aphenomenon that people can do a job but they drop the chance. Secondly,summarize the the Students’ laborview problems.Part Ⅳ: Analysis on the cause of students laborview problems. Discuss the problemin terms of society, university education, family education and the students selfcognition.Part Ⅴ:Thinking and measures on strengthen laborview education for graduateemployment. First,at macro level, strengthen the theoretical and systemdevelopment, create a good social atmosphere. Secondly, at middle level, strengthenthe college labor education efforts, enhance the college students employability.Finally, at micro level, mobilize students’ labor cognition, inspire students motilitiesfrom choosing right careers to employment until build the self-entrepreneurship.
