Teachers’virtue is the basic specification of the teacher’s professional conduct, and is also a character as the subject of moral practice of teachers. Middle School teachers’ moral status is directly affects millions of young people and the whole Chinese nation moral character, and also impact on the mainstream values and core values of the entire nation. Strengthening the morality construction of teachers in Middle School, is a necessary requirement for the development of education, and the necessity of the development of the times required. The evaluation of teachers’ morality is very important links in the morality construction, correct assessment of Middle School teachers’ morality and moral behavior can lead teachers to promote teachers’ occupational happy to realize the educational purpose of secondary education. During the process of continuingly drive of the current curriculum reform, research on evaluation of Middle School teachers’professional ethics is a very interesting and valuable topic.Base on the full knowledge of the results of existing research, which combined with parts of Shanghai Middle School teachers’ ethics investigation, the evaluation of Middle School teachers’ professional ethics evaluation issues are studied. Introduction part is mainly discussed the subject background and its significance, and briefly reviews the current research situation at home and abroad.The whole text is divided into three parts.The first part:The theoretical explanation of Middle School teachers’morality evaluation is carried out. Firstly, the characteristics of Middle School teachers’ professional ethics is analyzed, which point out that high school teachers’professional ethics has a model, comprehensiveness, individual and collaborative and long-term characteristics, in order to define quality of Middle School teachers’professional ethics and other ethical differences. Then the theoretical basis for the moral evaluation is analyzed. At first and foremost from the theory of human resource evaluation theory to justify a moral evaluation of morality can be, from the ethical theories of motivation and effect analysis in the evaluation of teachers’morality related problems should be paid attention to in the process.The second part:On the base of practice and investigation, to take Shanghai for an example, current Middle School teachers’moral evaluation status is analyzed, current Shanghai of Middle School moral evaluation work is pointed out, which has must of success experience, but still exists many problems, such as moral evaluation standard is too broad, moral evaluation index sounds existing but not exists, the main weights coefficient of students’ evaluation is a little big, moral evaluation process is not human-oriented, results can’t be used effectively. At last, the reasons of the evaluation of teachers’ethics are analyzed, such as the social background, education, school administration and moral levels on issues.The third part:Considering with analysis of the reasons before, the thought of the actual effect of strengthening teachers’moral evaluation in Middle School is given from macroscopic and microscopic perspective. Correcting moral appraisal theory is carried out, but also a reasonable evaluation index system of morality is established. The education practice of teachers’ moral assessment centre is highlighted in the evaluation process, and a moral evaluation of diversification mechanisms is established, moral rewards and incentives evaluation results is rational used. In the hope of taking these measures, the moral evaluation of the effectiveness of the Middle School teachers is enhanced.
