Information Technology is a very practical subject.“Mission drivingmethod” has played an active part in the teaching of InformationTechnology, but the unified class task ignored the students’ individualdifferences. Based on relevant theory this paper attempts to guidestudents to choose different level of assignment according to their ownactual abilities and interests.What’s more, it allows students not to dothe assignment which beyond their abilities, but they can choose theassignment in zone of proximal development. This paper strengthenedthe learning guidance of different levels student pertinently, thus toimprove the quality of teaching effectively. In practice the author usedthe methods of dynamic stratification assignment design, stratificationassignment counseling, stratification assignment submitting. Dynamicstratification assignment submitting uses different folders in order tounderstand the students assignment submission.
