Especially the essence of Chinese teachingis a kind of communication between teachers and students, is cooperation andbuild,emphasize the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,democracy, equality, with the teacher’s personality requirements power to influenceon students, guide the student to independent research cooperation acquisitionand use knowledge, so as to improve the students’ Chinese accomplishment, topromote the all-round development of students. As a junior High school stage ofmiddle school students to speak, language learning is a lifelong process of learning,covers the whole study stage. But learning appears in the learning passion is nothigh, the study accumulate enough to extract content, learning, learning disorderusing the phenomenon such as inadequate, the serious influence the enthusiasm ofstudents’ study, learning effect reduces. This paper attempts to use the "knowledgemanagement" and the concept of knowledge to look at the current Chinese theoryknowledge teaching, analysis of junior high school students study present situationof knowledge management and the reason, and this is a non-starter, from twoaspects of theory and practice, puts forward the model of knowledge managementin junior high school students, in order to use in Chinese teaching practice.In particular, This paper is divided into four parts:Part one: Mainly introduces the source of knowledge and the definition ofknowledge management and the form, Focus on actual situation to students as the starting point, Combined with Confucius knowledge view to modern Chineseknowledge teaching reading and design, Explains the relationship betweenknowledge and knowledge management, In order to explain that the knowledgemanagement is put forward for the information age, Is the effective use ofcomprehensive quality, For the cultivation of Chinese accomplishment, At thesame time for the definition of Chinese accomplishment comb, Chineseaccomplishment and knowledge management analysis of the relationship, For thequestions below provide countermeasures basis.Part two: Based on two questionnaire——Students knowledge status andknowledge management questionnaire,Purpose of which is to use empiricalresearch and analysis of the present situation of the reason caused by high schoolstudents knowledge and knowledge management on the impact of middle schoolstudents,Students from internal factors and external factors from two aspects ofthinking:Students’ psychological, dependent psychology, inert rebellious attitudeserious, learning time lack of planning, learning methods lack of steps, the lack ofknowledge induction and teachers as a comb the knowledge, the lack of knowledgemanagement guidance for students, and then, a reflection and induced, and putforward the feasibility of using knowledge management.Part three: Follow the law of Chinese teaching and students’ physical andmental characteristics, the search for knowledge management strategy, from theoryand practice strategy of the strategies, the author puts forward the knowledgemanagement evaluation criteria, the knowledge management operation willmaterialize and refined. Meanwhile, combined with the application of knowledgemanagement in enterprise, and find out knowledge management mode:constructing knowledge base, establish knowledge map-explore knowledgemanagement mode three aspects of knowledge accumulation, this knowledgeextraction, the use of knowledge, not only for the abstract knowledge managementprovides reference for, and can find out the factors influence the studentsknowledge management, knowledge to students of the effective and reasonable use.Part four: combined with YuYi classroom memoir "spring", knowledgemanagement mode will be used in practice. From the knowledge accumulation,knowledge extraction, knowledge using three levels into text situation, has thedestination screening information, overall perception text, grasp the artisticconception of spring, and the general knowledge of inductive related, do relatedextension and application, to deepen the understanding of the text.
