According to the characteristics of students formulated the questionnaire, and back to the questionnaire consolidation analysis, the conclusion is:the whole of the college graduates employment moral quality, there exist many problems, for example:credit quality low, utilitarian thought, lack of serious social responsibility, collective responsibility, self is overrated, lack dedication spirit and collective concept and so on, these from one hand affected the college students’ employment, need to consider and academic research and analysis.In the influence of moral cause of university students’employment expounded the following four questions:the students to the frustration of ability, employment value orientation, contract compliance and life long-term development, thus it-social, family, college students themselves and the problems existing in the employment of college graduates have influenced the moral quality, this problem is a common effect by many inside and outside factors of the results.At last, according to the above analysis, and given above the college students’ employment moral quality of I problems and their causes, the corresponding puts forward how to improve college students’ employment moral level, eventually improve the employment and so on to college students and the suggestion, the need to all the social action, including the country, the government, media, school, family, students’and so on various aspects together.
