With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development, as wellas the continuous advance of the new road to industrialization, the level of labor qualityhas become increasingly important, and even directly impacts the economic growthpattern. Vocational education as one to improve the quality of workers which is themost direct and most effective means is automatically placed in a prime location,coupled with the relatively backward China’s vocational education position; thedevelopment of vocational education has become imperative. Well, vocationaleducation should be how to develop to take what kind of development model, whichdepends on the local political economic and cultural characteristics, as well as the actualdevelopment. Only in line with the actual situation of vocational education developmentmodel, in order to effectively promote the development of education, give full play animportant role in personnel training.Vocational education model related to the school the principal, school, and thepositioning of the school function, refers to the vocational schools what kind of schoolsystem, what kind of teaching methods to students. There have been numerous successstories in the current international and some developed countries, vocational educationthrough the last hundred years of history accumulated a variety of mature mode ofeducation, training countless social needs of application-oriented, skilled personnel.However, vocational education has always been service and subject to the localeconomy and society, an educational model that we should copy. The different regionalconditions should be taken to correspond to the mode of education, the other modesonly as a reference.This paper is to address the problem, taking Chengdu as the main object of study,under the background of urban and rural development, on the basis of in-depth analysisof the vocational education and regional economic interaction research the vocationaleducation model of Chengdu, to build such as three anti-mode of development ofvocational education in Chengdu from the school principal, school way, school functions, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Chengdu tointegrated vocational education resources.The main findings are:1. Researched the interaction between Vocational education and regional economic,summarizes existing research results at home and abroad, and the important role of thevocational education school.2. Studied the development status of regional economy and vocational education ofChengdu, found the problems and deficiencies in the development of vocationaleducation of Chengdu.3. Discussed Vocational Education and model selection, and made a number ofreferences and recommendations for the integration of the Chengdu VocationalEducation Resources.
