At present, the rapid development of preschool education put forward higher request for preschool teachers, they face overload pressure from the society. Under the overload pressure, in Hangzhou city the preschool teacher’ working enthusiasm is not high and job satisfaction is low. The teacher’ job satisfaction directly determines their dedication degrees to work, and indirectly affects the quality of the children’ education. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the preschool teacher’job satisfaction. Research on teacher’ satisfaction is to understand the teacher’ work experience and psychological needs, and in order to provide the theory basis for the kindergarten and education department to reform the management and promote teacher’development. The author on the basis of related research takes the double factors theory as the angle of view to investigate and analyze the preschool teacher" job satisfaction. Thus to provide the basis for Hangzhou kindergarten managers correct understanding the preschool teacher’ satisfaction, and to put forward the countermeasures and proposals.The research is on the basis of Double Factors Theory. Through the literature review method and individual interview method, the author compiles the assessment tools of preschool teacher’ job satisfaction, and uses the<Hangzhou preschool teachers’ job satisfaction questionnaire> to investigate and analyze310preschool teachers’ job satisfaction. Draw the following conclusion:(1)The overall level of preschool teacher’ job satisfaction to health care factors in Hangzhou is between general and relative, Among them, the most satisfying factor is interpersonal relationship, the most unsatisfying factor is remuneration;(2)The overall level of preschool teacher’ job satisfaction to incentive factors in Hangzhou is between general and relative, Among them, the most satisfying factor is the job itself, the most unsatisfying factor is self actualization.(3)The difference of kindergarten nature, age, title, and with or without authorized size will affect the preschool teacher’ satisfaction with all aspects of the work, but the difference of school age and educational background will not affect the preschool teacher’ satisfaction with all aspects of the work.Finally, on the basis of investigation and discussion, this study from two levels of health care factors and incentive factors puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving preschool teacher’ job satisfaction.
