Because of the rapid transformation of our society and the acceleration of the urbanization process, the population flow is appearing with increasing frequency, and more and more farmers leave their hometowns to work in the cities. Due to the limit of the economic conditions, the working environment and other factors, majority of children of peasant workers unable to follow their parents to the place where their parents work, they can only stay home in the rural areas, becoming a special group——"Children Left in Rural Areas". As the process of industrialization and urbanization accelerate, the number of the rural labor flowing to cities will be further expanded;"Children Left in Rural Areas" has been a trend of keeping growing, as an associated population of our country’s urbanization process,"Children Left in Rural Areas" would accompany the urbanization a long time."Children Left in Rural Areas" is the potential human resources of the new socialist countryside construction, their education is related to the realization of education equity principle, related to the success or failure of nine-year compulsory education in rural areas, related to ideological and moral construction of adolescent, and their education level and the comprehensive quality have directly affect on construction of socialist harmonious society. Therefore, based on the current educational environment of the "Children Left in Rural Areas", and take active measures to improve the education situation of "Children Left in Rural Areas", is not only a new historical task of the rural compulsory education, but also a long-term task of the education development. The current domestic research on "Children Left in Rural Areas" is a lot, which is related to their learning, living, psychological, behavioral habits, morality and so on, and there is also some studies on the education about them, but the research made by the primary teachers who work at the first-line in the rural and who have the most frequent contacts with "Children Left in Rural Areas" is few. I have been engaged in rural basic education for many years, and accumulated a lot of first-hand information associated with "Children Left in Rural Areas" so I attempt to make efforts in this regard.In this paper, I take "Children Left in Rural Areas " in Biyang County as the main object of study, based on the practical educational status investigation, using the methods of questionnaire survey and interviews, and get a true reflection of the region’s educational status of "Children Left in Rural Areas ", then analyzing the problems of education in the " Children Left in Rural Areas " and influencing factors combining the relevant theoretical research, I try to put up with coping strategies to solve the educational problems of them synthetically from themselves, guardians, families, schools, social and related branches, at a multi-faceted. This study is divided into the following sections:Chapter I:Introduction. This part mainly introduce the research background, the purpose and significance, and the research about "Children Left in Rural Areas" home and abroad, on this basis, to clarify my own research ideas and methods.Chapter II:the relevant theoretical research. Pointing to the problems existed in the education of " Children Left in Rural Areas ", from the view of sociological theory, educational theory, educational management theory and psychology theory analyze the various factors causing the plight of their education respectively, and try to find the fundamental way and means to solve the education problem of " Children Left in Rural Areas ", providing theoretical basis for the realization of children’s healthy development and overall development eventually.Chapter III:the analysis of the education management of the "Children Left in Rural Areas" in Biyang County. I used the methods of questionnaire survey, personal interviews, case studies and other methods, to give a comprehensive review and deeper analysis about the educational management of "Children Left in Rural Areas" in Biyang County, thereby revealed the seriousness and urgency of the problem of "Children Left in Rural Areas"Chapter IV:the affecting factor analysis of educational management of "Children Left in Rural Areas". This chapter explore the root of the educational management of the ’Children Left in Rural Areas " from a system of government level, family level, school level and the social environment separately, by the analysis of specific causes, put forward valuable, practical recommendations and strategies for the solve of educational management of " Children Left in Rural Areas’ Chapter V:The countermeasures and proposals for solving the educational management of "Children Left in Rural Areas". This chapter propose solutions and methods contra posing specific problems, it is suggested that the schools, families, society and the government should form a concerted effort to go all out to solve the education problems in rural areas, and ensure that a comprehensive physical and mental health of development for "Children Left in Rural Areas" and basic education for sustainable development.
