The research is intended to seek out the state of the job satisfaction of the kindergarten teachers in Sichuan earthquake-striken and help us understanding the professional attitude, working passion and enthusiasm of teachers’job satisfaction, which have direct effect on education quality. At the same time, the conclusion of the research is expected to help the bureaus concerned make policies that could improve both life satisfaction and mental health of the kindergarten teachers and contribute to the post-disaster reconstruction.There is a questionnaire of kindergarten teachers’job satisfaction in this thesis, which is on the basis of relevant literature from home and abroad.269kindergarten teachers answered the questionnaire. This thesis makes a though inquire into the current situation and factors which have effect on job satisfaction of teachers from kindergartens and put forward a proposal in further a facilitating job satisfaction for kindergarten teachers.Investigation revealed that:(1) Kindergarten teachers’satisfaction towards job turns up above the middle level. However, the degree of various aspects of the job satisfaction of those teachers is not well balanced.(2) Specifically, satisfaction in the teaching-work is highest while the satisfaction degree for kindergarten-master, work circumstances and promotion is in the middle. Lastly, the satisfaction of work salary is scored lowest.(3) The type of the kindergarten, age, years of service, academic qualification, marriage and the classes the teachers responsible for are major factors in affection kindergarten teachers’satisfaction.According to the result of the job satisfaction analysis, Some suggestions are given to the society, kindergarten and kindergarten teachers:firstly understand teachers professional consult rightly, promote the wage of teachers and promote their status; secondly promote teachers equally, and take teachers’ vocational studies as well as their future seriously; thirdly the teachers should improve their comprehensive quality, regulate a good mindset, and prepare for the changes.
