Five-year higher vocational education is an important component of our country highervocational education, and the new education model is still in search and perfecting stage.For higher vocational students in vocational education career planning, related to the futureand the destiny of higher vocational students, so as to accommodate the needs of thedevelopment of modern society, promote its survival ability, and related to the employmentrate of higher vocational colleges and the improvement of the quality of employment. Thefive-year higher vocational students are in career exploration stage, the stage of careerchoice to the personal career development to have the vital significance, so five-yearhigher vocational school is necessary to undertake to the student career planning designand education task. But because of the five-year higher vocational education produce timeis short, so for the related research is very limited.Based on the related career planning education theory, as the guide to the five-yearhigher vocational college students; as the main research object, the paper take theory withpractice, literature, questionnaire analysis such as way to analysis the present situation andcharacteristic of five-year higher vocational students. These methods enable the study to bemore targeted and practical. The career planning of related concepts and theories wereintroduced, based on this specific at the form and five-year higher vocational education tothe students’ career planning education significance and particularity described. Then thepaper uses the method of questionnaire investigation to discuss the five-year student’sstatistical analysis of the present situation of the data that shows. This paper puts forwardthe practical improvement methods and measures, and from the student individual, thehigher vocational college and social level three points puts forward the five-year highervocational college career planning education system construction.
