One of the China’s basic education curriculum teaching foundational subjects is the primary language, The important means and basic way of the primary language education is Chinese language teaching. The new curriculum reform in the recent years, the primary language teaching in terms of the quality of teachers and student learning have made some great achievements, but in primary school class language teaching, there still have many problems and deficiencies. At present, many primary school language teachers are feeling very tired.They try their best in lesson planning, class and do some deep counseling, almost from morning till night, but the results are not satisfactory. Because many primary school language teachers don’t change the teaching mode and teaching methods to improve, repeat the decades same habitual labor. To change the status and improve teaching efficiency, teachers should not to teach like giving and receiving-type questions and answers to students, our front line of language teachers should be returned the classroom to the students, let themselves take the positive to learn and explore.This requires in-depth analysis and careful study of primary language teaching situation, and do efforts in practice to find solutions solve the problems, further change and transform our primary school teaching structure, in order to achieve good teaching results. Continuously into the class, close to the teaching in the practice development, teachers in the class to achieve efficiency, to achieve high-quality light burdens, so our primary language classroom will be full of vitality and lively.The main contents of this paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction on the background of the thesis, the main content of the significance, objectives, methods, and research.The second part is the primary language teaching research review, including the main problems in the context of the study, as well as domestic and foreign-related research.The third part of the paper, discusses the basic concept about China’s primary language courses.The fourth part of the paper to clarify the nature of language teaching, advocating a return to the language teaching origin "humanism", be people-oriented, and promoting the development of students.The fifth part of this study is important of the thesis, the part of the strategy of primary language teaching "high effective and low burden" research to build effective language teaching, and changes in language teaching mode.
