Volunteers has become an indispensable important force for the success of sports event,How to enhance the level of organization and management of volunteers,it has became so urgent..The huge, wide variety of volunteer positions, not everyone of the volunteers for their posts, not every volunteer to match the job standards, How to strengthen the management of volunteers? How to motivate volunteersto improve the volunteer’service level of performance? The research is to start from these problems, combined with the sporting event volunteers to the introduction of human resource management performance evaluation theory. We believe that the performance evaluation process is to find problems, problem-solving processes,through the work performance of the volunteers to evaluation to measure the strengths and weaknesses of work. To improve training and performance evaluation results, and promote volunteer their own development. It conducive to the organization of sports events to strengthen the management team of volunteers, To improve the efficiency of the organization of sporting events through the performance evaluation, the specification of the behavior of volunteers, Scientific evaluation to determine the need for volunteers to meet the job to optimize the volunteer” jobs match”, to provide a basis for improving the quality of volunteer work. Finally, the volunteer performance evaluation results can increase the public recognition of volunteers.Through literature, volunteer questionnaires, interviews with experts (Delphi method) and statistical analysis to research the performance of sport events volunteers, analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the performance evaluation of sportevents volunteers, Investigate the current China’s sporting events volunteers Performance Evaluation Status and problems. And build one that contains the4-level indicators,9-two indicators,32-three indicators sport events volunteer performanceevaluation index system. Use AHP process to calculate the performance evaluationindex weight level indicators level,moral level (0.1603) attitude level (0.1408) ability level (0.1889) working level (0.5100), and finally discuss the the methods of performance evaluation of sport events volunteers.It starting from how to properly and objectively build volunteer performanceevaluation system, combined with the basic theory of performance evaluation, ideas, methods, reasonable assessment of the work of volunteers of sport events, andstrive to provide a reference for future sport events manager, For enhance and improve the level of volunteer management.
