Knowledge management, as the important competitive weapon, can promote thecore competence in the knowledge society, this article chooses the Xuzhou informationtechnology teachers as research object, finds that the effects of their knowledgeacquisition, transformation, sharing and innovation may be the links of teachers, socialnetworks, the forms of knowledge and communication environments. Therefore, thisstudy uses sociological research method-social network analysis (SNA) to do researchon knowledge management of information technology teachers by the visualizationtools,which covers the old focus on innovation systems and management solutions,helps to identify the implicit knowledge management issues and improves theorganization’s strategy and policy.In this study, I considered Xuzhou information technology teachers community asthe research background throughout one year at Time I, II, III&IV. During the research,we can see that,(1)the whole situation of information technology teachers’ knowledgemanagement from the "community general property of the network";(2)observe thescope of knowledge communications among information teachers from "DegreeCentrality";(3)develop the hubs in information technology teachers’ knowledgemanagement from "Betweenness Centrality";(4)study teachers’ control of knowledgeand information from “Closeness Centrality”;(5)explore the relationship, factions andlinks in the knowledge management network from “Sub-groups&Cliques”. Then, itsummarizes the continued dynamic development characteristic of Xuzhou informationtechnology teachers’ knowledge management network.Secondly, the author does the correlation analysis between the properties of socialnetworks and knowledge management four-dimensional effects; in the study, it tracksand interviews the the novice, growth and mature information technology teachers,records the true feelings of confusion、acknowledgement and desire of, analyzes theimpact of Xuzhou information technology teachers’ knowledge management.Finally, it raises the “outside control&inside shaping” knowledge managementstrategies, which meet the requirement of Xuzhou information technology teachers. Andthe research significance focuses on promoting information technology teachers’ professional development, achieves the win-win of knowledge management andprofessional growth of information technology teachers.
