In the year1998, as the expansion of higher education in China, our education development would transformation from elite education to mass education. Meanwhile, as the rapid expansion of the graduate, deteriorate employment conditions become so difficult. When social concerns groups on the problem about student employment, experts and scholars also try to many angles thinking to solve problem. Of these, some experts and managers analyze ability in a lack of employment from a student. Of course, the student employment capacity is not only the students’ self-awareness, but also the important education and training’s process. Therefore, education is how to link to social need, we worthy concern the ability of the employment problem from educational and teaching process to train students.In1970s, when the British higher education has begun a popular process, the British education experts concerned about graduate employment capacity-building, and explore the opening of students in studying and pondering awareness initiatives, tap the potential of growth, develop capacity to adapt to the social work education training modes, established a fairly influential education theoretical explorations employability of integration with the practical education training modes. Therefore, the British experts accumulated rich experience in cultivating graduate employment capacity, and the quality of the British higher education also obtained approval in the world. Therefore, we can learn many successful training’s ways from them.This article, firstly, summarizes the experts and scholars to the concept of employment capacity. Secondly, this article choose the three representative British higher school to further study, and sum-up advanced experiences from the British higher education in training of employment capacity, and analyze the development and reform of higher education in China. Thirdly, through the dissemination of survey quantizing analysis, I find the higher education similarities and differences between China and England, and through a comparative study, I find the higher education insufficient in China, and tap to adapt to the development of our employment capacity training modes.This article attends students individual to the employment training, and summed up the British college students training modes, which has meaning to college how to cultivate excellent graduate, and also has meaning to the reform of higher education in China.
