School Social Work Intervention Migrant Children Art Form Research

In this study on the basis of combining the resilience of the existing domestic and abroad, by quantitative research method, the questionnaire survey, the characteristic and status quo of adolescent resilience, and evaluate the service demand, according to the demand of design "sunflower" migrant worker children resilience group project. One of the major methods of work--group work using the social work of migrant children’s resilience to develop services. Based on the mechanism of resilience, will focus on how to improve the inner protective factors in practical operation method, at the same time, the research related to the children of foreign workers in the external protective factors of resilience of family, school and community three aspects.This study for the professional school social workers how to use the method of group work on Adolescent Resilience Lift made further exploration, provides a new perspective and new ways for the school social workers work for teenagers to develop resilience.
