To meet the demands of the new situation, in view ofthe characteristics of different age students, educators should adjust and enrich contentof moral education, and improve the moral education works in the way." At present, adapt to thebasic requirements, and development of the current era is the demands of the newsituation, the middle school moral education management pertinence and effectivenessof the work, and initiative need to be further enhanced; the healthy growth of youngstudents social environment need to be further optimized. Along with the current newsituation of development, a lot of traditional moral education methods can’t satisfy theneeds of work, and the problems that we have met when carrying out the school moraleducation have suffered criticism and dispute, and there are some problem about theschool moral education work ideas, work function, education mode and teamconstruction. Domestic scholars mostly in the field of moral education work putforward some innovative ideas and methods of moral education, but interdisciplinaryreference school social work area of the idea and method is still in the minority. Schoolsocial work and school moral education management in target and work content have alot in common. Through the application school social work education in schoolmanagement, with the aid of school social work professional methods and skills,integrated use of school, family and community resources, according to differentstudents, group work and community work way to comprehensive help students grow,is advantageous to the students’ individual growth, but also to the optimization ofeducational environment.This essay summarizes middle school moral education of our country at presentand the general problems existing in the management, combined with the actual analysisof Songshuqiao Middle School moral education work status quo from various aspects,which includes the middle school moral education management reference school socialwork methods and ideas of necessity and feasibility, and through the use of literaturestudy, comparative analysis, investigation and study method, to the middle school moraleducation management work and school social work to carry on the comparativeanalysis, research in the field of two similarities and they will be both in practice ofcombining specific strategies, at the same time Songshuqiao Middle School, as the research object, the school social work in middle school moral education managementhas been applied.
