Moral education is the root of school education, the soul of the basic education, and the foundation of school each work. As the main channel of training teenagers’ ideological and moral qualities, moral education of junior middle school has a leading role in the teenagers’ growth and development. However with the gradually in-deep reform and opening up and sharp society transitions, traditional moral education is facing unprecedented severe challenges, even appearing passivated even weak phenomenon of moral education function. Among the reasons, although there is a complicated external environment interfered, the bottleneck problem of itself is still the most fundamental one. A series of problems, such as the lagged moral education concept, the empty and abstract goal, the old content even being divorced from reality, the single and formalize way, the weak network, students’ moral subjectivity is not highlighted, and so on, making the effectiveness of moral education no fundamental improved.As a helpful nature subject, social work has the incomparable superiority, than other disciplines. Although there is an essential difference between the junior middle school moral education and social work, both still has many common characteristics, as the consistency in service object and education goal. For the social work intervening in the junior middle school moral education, all these provide intrinsic basis and external way. With unique values and service philosophy, diverse working style and service skills, personalized service content, systematic process, social work has a lot of advantage, can improve the traditional moral education from every aspect. Taking Shenzhen F School as an example, from the perspective of social work, under the support of the advantage theory, the empowerment theory and the social support network theory, this paper carries on a theoretical research and Positive statements to this intervention. The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction. In this part, the author mainly expounds the research background and significance of the social work intervening in the junior middle school moral education, introduces the research method adopted in this paper, reviews the research status in home and abroad, and defines some concepts involved in the research.The second part is the theory perspective. This part expounds three theories of this research:the advantage theory, the empowerment theory and the social support network theory, and illustrates the relevance between the three theories and this article.The third part is the lack of junior middle school moral education. Taking Shenzhen F school for example, the author deeply dig into the bottleneck problem of the school moral education, such as the lagged moral education concept, the empty and abstract goal, the old content even being divorced from reality, the single and formalize way, the weak network, and so on.The fourth part is function analysis and character discussion. In system describe the unique advantages of social work, this part in-depth analyses the function of the social work intervention in junior middle school moral education, and also discusses the social worker should role in the intervention process.The fifth part is involved ideas and methods. This part fully discusses the intervention should follow some basic thoughts, and expounds the three methods of social work concretely apply in the junior middle school moral education, and complementary with actual cases to explanation and argumentation.The sixth Part is thinking and epilogue. This part reflects some extended thinking problems in the process of institutional arrangements and specific intervention, sums up possibility and necessary of the social work intervening in the junior middle school moral education, at the same time, this research still has some shortcomings.
