Study On The Writting Of Chinese Sports Law

As the development of the economic globalization, the world economy and science andtechnology has been changed a lot. The social needs and the technology has been producedwith these changes and it also brings a new massive education reformation.This study utilizes the method of document literature, through collecting and consultingthe related journal articles, thesis of the Doctors or Masters, and monograph which are allabout the sport low and the writing of the teaching material, and analyzes, integrates andsummarizes the writing contents, features and advantages and disadvantages of the sport lawmaterial at present.It adopts the method of interviewing. For the experts of the field of the sport law, themethod can face to face or through the telephone or network for interviewing or consulting.This thesis also presents the precious views and opinions of the related experts for theteaching contents and writing of the present sport law, and these provide authority proof forthis study.It uses the method of logical analysis which analyze the present sport law teachingmaterial from the aspects of the style and the content of the teaching material writing, and thecharacters of all kinds of teaching materials writing, and the advantages and disadvantages ofvarious kinds of sport law teaching material, and then discusses how to summarize theexperience from the past, and puts forward the suggestions for the writing of sport lawteaching materials.Nowadays, as the rapid development of the construction of sport legal system in Chinaand in order to fit the needs of the development of the sport legal system and cultivate theresearchers, the writing of the sport law teaching materials should optimize the structures andStrengthen the reformation and unity of the contents. This thesis makes the writing the lawof sports teaching materials as the point, and through the comparison analysis among thepresent law of sports teaching material analysis in China, the law of sports teachingmaterials in China, and the law of sports teaching materials in Australia, and puts forward thesuggestions of improvement and perfection about the law of sports teaching material; thispaper not only concludes the advantages of the present sport law teaching materials, but also adds the advanced writing experience from aboard, and puts forward the ways of optimizingthe sport law teaching materials and the methods of improving the publicity of sport law andthe education quality; and for enriching the teaching theories and constructing new sport lawteaching materials provides the theoretic proof and writing suggestions.
