At present, social development in China is still in transition period and the socialist market economic system is still not perfect. The reform process appears to adjust the various interests, In particular, China’s ongoing reform of education system, labor and personnel system and employment system. Affected and changed the concept of college graduates and be heaver. Therefore, the employment management of college students faces a series of new problems. Employment of college students in China has increased the management more difficulties. In this case, if the functions of the employment management in our universities are not improved, it will hinder the development of higher education and affect the national economic development and social stability in turn. Therefore, the Study of university college student career management functions has important practical significance. This paper is in this macro context. we must think about how to transform the functions of the employment management of college students in our current universities actively, so that to meet the majority of graduates and the new historical conditions, the increasing demand for career guidance services.At the first, the paper described the purpose and meaning of this thesis. The reviews of the foreign experts and scholars have got some important research results in this important area of research comprehensively. This article introduces the research framework and research methods. Secondly, this sort on the basis of the brief carding or a more detailed explanation of the content of the management functions and college student career management functions. Then the relevant guidance from the theory of employment, combined with the employment of university management functions. Based on the analysis of management functions of the employment status of implementation in universities, proposed functions of the college career center problems and issues exist. Finally, made to improve Chinese university career center response functions, the functions of university employment guidance centre should be to the service, professional, diversified, integrated direction of change. Establish a complete information feedback system to provide timely information on employment services. To provide an effective way to development of career guidance programs and career guidance services. Strengthening the training of career guidance teachers, establish high levels of employment and other means of force. Employment of college students in China to strengthen management functions.The article use document analysis and comparative analysis, from the college students’ management functions of the employment point of view to look at the problems of employment guidance. And a complete set of employment guidance center response problems. From the microscopic point of view put forward some innovative ideas. University representative on the part of the employment guide center of the responsibilities are summarized. College students come to our career center should have the basic functions, the management, service, research, guidance, education and other functions. This is one innovation of this article.
