Information technology is now playing a more and more important part in teaching nowadays. There are a lot of achievements made in this field. It has already helped teachers to improve the efficiency of class in many ways. While, how we can use information technology to guide students’self-learning ability is what we teachers have paid little attention to. So the study is aimed to look for the proper ways to develop self-learning ability.In this research, the author divide students into several groups, hoping students can learn more through cooperation. It has proved that students can learn better in groups when they study with the help of information technology. Several integration ways have been collected in this study and they proved effective.It can be concluded that students can really develop their self-learning ability with the help of information technology and group cooperation makes it more interesting and effective. What we have to do is to find more ways and help students to maintain their enthusiasm and interest.
