Research On Employment Of University Graduate Student In Perspective Of Gerry Stoker Governance Theory

There are very important realistic significance of postgraduate employment forbuilding harmonious Jinan and providing intellectual support for Jinan’s rapiddevelopment.This paper analyses the reasons of difficult employment and proposesmeasures and suggestions which gives a reference to the policy-making of concerneddepartments and makes a little contribution to the employment problem of Jinan, andeven that of the whole country.This essay consists of four parts.The first part is the theoretical basis, whichillustrates the main ideas of governance of Gerry Stoker and has reference significancefor the employment problems.The second part summarizes the main problems of Jinanpostgraduate employment recently, such as high career expectation and low employmentrate, structural unemployment, the unmatch between postgraduates’ comprehensivequalities and social standards, and the disorder of job market.The third part analyzes themain reasons of Jinan postgraduate employment from the point view of governancetheory:the simplification of Governance Subject, the imperfect employment environment,the shortage of interactive between the governance subjects,the postgraduate autonomousemployment network which has yet to develop, and the lack of government managementmethods and technology.The fourth part provides the measures and suggestions for Jinanpostgraduate employment:the diversification of postgraduate governance subject, theoptimization of job circumstances,good interactions and cooperation of governancesubjects, the form and development of employment autonomous network, the explorationof new government methods and technology.
