Since in1980’s when our country initiated the policy of encouraging the non-governmental sectors to run schools, the rapid development of private colleges and universities have been displaying a good momentum. With the recent30years development, the private colleges and universities have become a very crucial component of the higher education career in our country. With the strength of the competence, it faces series of problems, among which brain drain is a prominent one. It is very difficult for the private universities and colleges have a stable, high-qualified teaching group. The quality of the teachers produces a direct effect on the sustainable development of their future. Therefore, how to involve the incentive mechanism and scientific management as well as nurture teachers for private universities and colleges are becoming top listed problems.This paper adopts the questionnaire method and individual interviews to research the motivation system of Anhui International College of Economics as well as combine the motivation theory, two-factor theory and fair factors together. Linking theory with practice, we analysis the present situation of teachers motivation system of Anhui International College of Economic and inquire the reasons of the problems so as to scheme out a proper teacher’s incentive scheme of Anhui International College of EconomicsThis incentive scheme tries to connect material motivation with non-material motivation organically as well as takes examples by the way enterprises motivating their knowledge workers. With enriched material encouragement, variable pay and option allowance, the short and long term inspiration can combine together; through implementing post appointment system, the weakness of academic title evaluation of private universities and colleges will be changed into strength. The way of enriching the non-material contents changes training, culture, prompting, inspiration into ways of motivating and mobilizing the teachers’enthusiasm and creativity. Retaining talents by inspiring and stimulating their potentiality as well as improving and optimizing the configuration of the teachers. Therefore, the teaching quality of Anhui International College of Economics will be improved so as to strengthen its core competitiveness.
