The Research On The Monitoring Of Teaching Quality In The Normal Universities And Colleges

The monitoring of the teaching quality in the Normal Universities and Colleges is an activity, use of all members of the school to supervision and control the whole teaching process. In order to ensure that every section and the final result can achieve the previous goal, it will formulate strict standard system, and should collect, analyses, feedback basic teaching information of every section and the consequence.I have adopted the literature, the investigation and the interviewing to research the monitoring of the teaching quality in the Normal Universities and Colleges. On the whole, the study includes three aspects.For the first part of this study, in order to define the research scope clear; provide the related concepts to the monitoring of the teaching quality in the Normal Universities and Colleges. We expound the necessity and importance to the monitoring of the teaching quality in the Normal Universities and Colleges. Detailed analysis the system of the monitoring of the teaching quality, it consists of the objective system, the organization system, standard system and information system.The second part is to know this activity better, I have made a survey on four teachers colleges in Hebei province. According to interviews on some teachers and students, as well as the practical operation of this activity. I have made a survey on four sorts of analysis include the objective of institution, the organization system, the establishment of monitoring the operation mode and the result feedback.The third part is proposed several suggestions to the monitoring of the teaching quality in the Normal Universities and Colleges, in order to completely carry out this activity.
