College students’ social practice as a train of education activities,is an important measure that integrates’ combining education with productive labor", effectively promotes the students to learn knowledge, skills and formation and development of emotional attitudes, and more to promote harmonious relationship between the university and society. At present, college students’ social practice has achieved remarkable results, and has became an important way for the construction.But the questions of social practice are so many, and the various research is a lot. But lots of experience in research is perceived,lack of empirical investigation.In addition, research is focused on the domestic social practice itself lack of foreign experience, and that is not conducive to international development of our higher education.In this thesis, the above two points will be the innovation.This paper describes the basic meaning, the key characteristics and the basic pattern of service-learning and students’ social practice.On this basis, the research discusses the similarities between the two, and that service learning has reference to college students’ social practice. In order to effectively learn and enhance the practice of this study guide, we obtain detailed data of social practice on the basis of questionnaires and interviews,and reflect the actual situation, analyze the process of social practice and summarize the problems of social practice:lack of systematic planning of social practice and concrete implementation;weak supervision and management practices;student fraud seriously;the effect is not so good.Reasons of these problems are as following:practice of targeting is not accurate,operational mechanism and operating mechanism are not perfect; students weak sense of self-discipline and initiative;social practice is lack of a favorable external environment.The problems of social practice as the starting point with the concept,the implementation process, evaluation methods and strategies of service learning for improving social practice:enhance the importance of strength and level of awareness;professional education as the carrier to improve the social practice curriculum;solid implementation of the training,guidance,reflection and evaluation activities;build security to optimal conditions for college students’social practice.
