With the policy of"supply and demand,two-way selection,self-dependent career choice",the college student must have input cost,which is not only related to the family and the actual interest of college student,,even related to social harmony,stability and fair.As computer professional of Nanchang Institute of Technology for example,this paper analyzes the cost-income problem of local colleges and universities with computer professional undergraduate,extracts computer class2007-2011the graduates each30%of the sample for questionair survey.By analyzing the students who taking part in training and don’t attend training,undergraduate and junior college students,the different maor between junior college students,in order to know the relationship between cost and benefit.The conclusion will put forward to ensure employment in the premise of local college computer major professional reduce students’ cost Suggestions and measures, for local colleges and universities to computer major professional graduate employment offer more effective service and guidance.In this paper, the conclusions of the study include the following aspects:Firstly, from the employment cost of the Computer Majors of Local University to see, the contradiction between supply and demand brought the increased cost of training,the blind ’mentality impatience brought the increased cost of resume production,the asymmetric information brought the increased cost of communication traffic,the external image attention brought for the increased cost of outfit, the complex social reality brought the increased cost of others.Secondly, from the employment income of the Computer Majors of Local University to see, should properly guide students to participate in professional training;shouls train the student of specialized subject,reasonable ability;should notice to distinguish different professional education specialized subject of key.Thirdly, from the employment benefits of the Computer Majors of Local University to see, not only appropriate to reduce the cost of all majors of employment, in order to realize the short-term benefit maximization; Also want to investing reasonable training cost and the practice of undergraduate students focus on training the ability to achieve long-term benefit maximization.Lastly, comprehensive comparison, in order to improve the local schools computer engineering students’ benefit, the government should give more policy support, strengthening policy implementation strength; Enterprise should take advantage of the Internet for increasing intensity; Universities should conform to the market demand, and increase the market development dynamics; Graduates should be a rational choice, increase the training skill of choosing profession.
