As economic globalization and information times coming, the development of International HigherEducation is fast. As to enhance the level of our international education, the program of “Sino-ForeignCooperation in Running Schools” has become an important component of higher education and a globalphenomenon. From March1st,2003, the State Council of the People’s Republic of China promulgated<Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools>, upto now, it’s about a decade. So, in this process, how is Sino-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools ofHenan universities exactly going, what is the main training model, how to cultivate international talents. Inthis dissertation, the author will take Undergraduate Sino-Foreign Cooperation in running schools of HenanProvince for example, research the training model situation and existing problems of Sino-ForeignCooperation in running schools at undergraduate level, and in the end, put forward the perfectcountermeasures.This dissertation contains seven parts:The first part, introductory theory, is the logical starting point and the overall design of the study. Itintroduces the backdrop of topic selection, the implication of the research, core concepts, research status ofhome and abroad, research methods, research thinking and research framework, defines the purpose of theselected topic.The second part overviews the basic types and elements of the training model, which is the two coredimensions that used for analyzing the current situation and problems and making countermeasures of theHenan Province undergraduate training model of Sino-Foreign Cooperation in running schools.The third part investigates and analyzes the status quo of the training model from12universities inSino-Foreign Cooperative education, sums up the main talents cultivation model. And taking HenanUniversity of Sino-Foreign Cooperation in running schools as a case study, so as to having a detailedunderstanding of the application of the training model.The fourth part, through consulting and carding the literature of undergraduate Sino-Foreigncooperation in running schools in the developed coastal province of Guangdong, which is well-developedon education and economy compare to Henan Province, the author introduces the main training model of Guangdong Sino-Foreign Cooperation in running schools. And then make comparative analysis betweenHenan and Guangdong Province, provides advices for the last part of talent training mode perfection inHenan Sino-Foreign Cooperation in running schools.The fifth part, through status quo investigation and comparative analysis, from the two dimensions ofthe basic types and elements of the training model to analyze the existing problems on training model ofthe undergraduate Sino-Foreign Cooperation in running schools in Henan Province.The sixth part, in allusion to present existing problems on the training mode of the Henanundergraduate Sino-Foreign Cooperation in running schools, the author tries to provide perfect ways toimprove the quality of personnel training of the institutions of Higher Learning in Henan Province ofSino-Foreign Cooperation in running schools.The seventh part, it is conclusion. It talks about the thesis’s mainly research conclusion, the researchcontribution and innovation, as well as disadvantages.
