Research On University Students’ Cooperative Consciousness Education

The21st century is not only a century filled with increasingly fiercecompetition, but also a one that needing more cooperation andcommunication. With the deepening of the globalization process, the linkbetween countries, regions and persons, becomes more and more closely.Generally speaking, the average age of the contemporary collegestudents is between18and22years old, their views of world、 life、 andvalue are immature and in the important stage of informing. With the fastdevelopment of the socialist market economy, the college students areunder the fierce social competition and the employment stress, theirinitiative consciousness, independent consciousness and competitionconsciousness are very strong, they emphasize the pursuit of individualcharacter and do not pay more attention to the cooperation. Aftergraduated from the university, they will go to various positions in societyand their cooperative awareness should be paid more attention bypeople. The main content of this paper is trying to find the status quo ofthe college students’ sense of cooperation, and the ways to strengthen training their cooperative consciousness.This paper is using the method of literature, questionnaire method,the induction analytic method and so on. This article is starting with thenecessity of strengthening college students’ consciousness of cooperation,on the basis of describing the current situation, then analyzing itsproblems and reasons, finally trying to put forward some effectivesuggestions for carrying out the education of college students’ cooperativeconsciousness.
