A Research The Teaching Team Construction Of Jiangxi Newly Established4-year Universities

Because of some historical reasons, there are some problems, which has influenced the further development of teaching quality, existed in newly established4-year universities, such as the limited scale of team, the lack of money, the weakness of faculty and so on, The establishment of teaching team develops teacher’s professional skills, improves the teaching research and enhances the exchange of teaching experiences. In a word, it will improve teacher’s quality on the whole.This study consists of five parts. The first part offers the origin and definition of teaching team based on the literature review of teaching team. The second part is devoted to further illustrate the theoretical basis of building teaching team after analyzing the content of it. The third part presents the existed problems in newly established4-year universities according to investigations and interviews, which are the unreasonable structure, lack of communication, lack of network learning, serious executive phenomena, over emphasis on research and imperfection of management in teaching team. The fourth part analyzes the outstanding national team to learn its excellent experience in establishment and gain inspiration in building newly established4-year universities. The fifth part puts forward some strategies which are adjusted to building teaching team in newly established4-year universities. They are as follows:constructing a reasonable structure of teaching team, increasing the communication among teaching teams, completing the Internet sources, getting rid of executive phenomena, improving teaching skills by research and forming protection mechanism of teaching team.
