Class Log In The Construction Of Class Culture Value And Application Research

Class, as the basic unit of the classroom instruction, is the basic position of teaching knowledge and preserving our culture. The instruction of class culture is one of the most important issues in class management. So it is very significant to study the means of class culture instruction. The class log system, which plays an important role in the construction of class culture, is a kind of system that students themselves record the daily class business and mange the class in the instruction of the class adviser. It is very significant in both theory and reality to study the significances and implementation of class log in the construction of class culture.This article is composed of six chapters. In the first chapter, the background, content, objective, significance and method for this research are introduced, which is prepared for the following study. By consulting a large mount of relevant literatures, the concepts of class culture and class culture construction are defined, and the research situations of classroom instruction and class culture construction at home and abroad are summarized. In the second chapter, using the survey technique, the respondents, that is, the junior students of No.1middle school of Pingzhou are selected and the questionnaire is designed. Based on the survey results, several main problems in the construction of class culture for the middle school are found, and the reasons are also discussed. In the third chapter, the significances of class log for the construction of class culture are researched, such as promoting the emotion exchange and class unity; developing class leaders’management ability and promoting all students to participate in class management; releasing the heavy work burden of class advisor, helping them to adjust their managing methods; being helpful to assess students. In the forth chapter, the basic principles in the implementation of class log are stated, including the principles of comprehension, subjectivity, maneuverability, effectiveness and openness. In the fifth chapter, the implementation of class log for the construction of class culture is discussed, that is, the preparation phase, execution phase and periodic summary. In the sixth chapter, the research conclusions and deficiencies are stated.In this article, the methods of literature research and investigation research are both used. Using the method of literature research, the research situations at home and abroad are stated. Using the method of investigation research, the real situation of the construction of class culture for the middle school is investigated. The significances of class log for the construction of class culture are researched, and the implementation is also discussed. This article’s research result is significant in both theory and reality.
