The national curriculum standard of fine arts curriculum has mentioned inhuman nature, is the main way of school education, is the nine year compulsoryeducation stage of the compulsory course of art, during the implementation ofquality education has an irreplaceable role, but in actual junior high school artteaching there exist some problems which can not be ignored. According to theauthor in teaching practice and teaching of observation and summary, combinedwith the related basic fine arts education information, the current work inprimary art teacher some existing problems puts forward personal views andsuggestions.The research of art teachers as new period for fine arts workers is akind of inevitable requirement. On the research of fine arts teachers’ professionaldata are scanty, the author is in draw lessons from some teachers and coursesdevelopment and other data on the basis of my thesis logic. The research of artteachers and ordinary teachers basic difference is that with a unique personalitycharm, diverse skills to, open thinking, creative and critical spirit, and does notrigidly adhere to the teaching program, but not in breach of curriculum standardson the basis of the subject development, exploration and development, according to the school location and regional humanistic environment of the actualsituation, the development of some unique school-based curriculum in basiceducation, as did the traditional culture education in school; humanisticeducation environment using a variety of ways and means to promote the art ofscience teaching, to understand the correct appreciation and evaluation of worksof art; in normal art aesthetic education content, education students understandthe beauty of human nature; after all, teachers not only teach students, butalso.The significance of this paper is through the analysis of the characteristicsof junior high school art education, explores why we need research art teachers,as well as how to teacher development research. By" hand painted line imageexpression" course complete design, teaching and summary, and other teacherstaught courses for comparison, analysis of teaching in every process, to seekmore suitable for junior high school art teaching method. On the true junior highschool art teaching analysis and reflection, to promote the art teachers onteaching knowledge, improve the fine arts teacher teaching ability. For thecompulsory education stage art teachers and will work on young art teachers’occupation development provides a suggestion.
