The law of scientific discovery process has always been the concerns of a lot ofphilosophers, logicians, psychologists and educators. With the development of psychology,resulting in a more classic psychological theory, which provides a solid theoretical foundationfor analyzing people’s psychology. The teaching process increasingly emphasis on the subjectstatus of students, and strive to cultivate the students’ scientific creativity, attention to thecultivation of "human". In middle school physical education and teaching, the broad massesof teachers need to start from the student’s "heart". Under the guidance of the goal ofnurturing students’ creativity, only have a certain understanding of the psychology ofscientists, and be able to understand the changes of the psychology when people face toproblems, and which factors influence these psychological changes, so that teachers can getmore directivity in education and teaching.Various theories of psychology schools complement each other, besides, thephenomenons of psychology is quite complex, so that single psychological theory is notsufficient to analyze and explain them. So this text synthesizes cognitive psychology,humanistic psychology and so on, analysis of the psychological phenomenons of the scientistswhich is the key in the process of scientific discovery.In this study, through literature research method and case study method, reviewing theexperiences and ideas of the great scientists in history, think about the motives of scientistsand a series of psychological processes scientific discoveries, and analyze them with some ofthe classical theory of the psychology. Through analyze the process of scientific discovery, toexplore the revelation of the middle school physics teaching. Reviewing and analyzing thepsychology of scientists in the scientific discovery process, we can get two aspects ofrevelation of the middle school physics teaching. In Middle School physical to developstudents’ motivation, educators should focus on the students’ world outlook on motivation,recognizing the needs of "understand" which the students have, develop students’ high-levelmotivation from the perspective of need. On the aspect of playing the leading role, teachersshould concerned about the students’ psychological changes and psychological characteristics,and take appropriate teaching methods in teaching practice based on this.
