Secondary technical education which is an important part of the stage of high school education, aims to cultivate the first-line primary and intermediate technology applied talents in production, construction and services. These talents should be all-round development of moral, wisdom, physical training, esthetics and good morality behavior. The morality of students in vocational schools direct influence their comprehensive quality, matter to the school quality and realization of train object then. If we don’t improve the existing situation, students’ conduct perform noticeably bad, high rate of mistake and strong iterance, it will lead to vicious cycle of recruitment and employment of secondary vocational education and influence its long-term and effective development. The morality of students in vocational schools direct influence their comprehensive quality, matter to the school quality and realization of train object then. Form the current practice of secondary vocational education looks, the cultivation of moral behavior is one of their difficult works. Especially, society is changing from traditional model to modern type, socialistic marketing economical system is forming, and culture and morality are developing diversified, in such contexts, the mobility behavior shows its uniqueness. So we should pay attention to the cultivation of moral behavior to generate high-quality professional talents. The author conducts questionnaire and interviews of several secondary vocational schools in Hunan Province according to the topic of "the secondary vocational students’cultivation of moral behavior". Through the analysis of survey data, summaries the problems and explores the related reasons, on this basis, the author offers some proposals on the cultivation of moral behavior.The thesis consists of four parts; the first part puts forward the problems, the significance, current situation of research and the methods of research. The second part analyzes the result of inquiry, find out existing problems, Such as, the campus culture doesn’t display the function of cultivation of morality behavior; the traditional Moral Education has far away from students’actual situation; the inner character and psychological quality of teachers in secondary vocational school have dropped; schools don’t play proper part in guiding family and society. Part three analyzes the reasons from social environment、enrollment、 moral education students psychology and communication group. The Fourth Chapter offers proposals from campus environment, the building of moral education system, the improvement of secondary vocational students’self-management skills and so on.
