| With China’s international status is rising,“mandarin fever” is sweeping aroundthe world, people from different countries have rapidly changed their impressionsabout China. Since2004, China launched the “Confucius Institute” in overseas,Chinese education have got a great achievement. With the popularity of televisionmedia, television teaching program plays a very important role in the promoting thedevelopment of Chinese education, by its unique superiority.“Happy Chinese”teaching program, which is introduced on the CCTV Chinese international in august3,2009. The paper according to Chinese teaching program`s history, culturalformulation as well as accomplishment, discussing the audience of “Happy Chinese”,along with its Selection mechanism, exploring its unique teaching methods andprinciples, analyzing the auxiliary materials of “Happy Chinese”, in which there areadvantage and disadvantages. We certain Chinese teaching program`s effectiveness,at the same time, we must find suggestions to leading it to good developmentdirection.
