With the further educational reforms in our country, the curriculum model has gonethrough the changes from the original monotonous national one into the administration ofthree divisions of nation, district and school. School-based curriculum development is thevery important content to the new round of curriculum reform. School-based curriculumdeveloping is a kind of mode of curriculum developing, which is corresponding to thenational curriculum development. Teachers have a part of the curriculum development power,so that the teachers started to become one of the main bodies of curriculum development.Under the impetus of the new curriculum reform, many teachers began to enter the field ofresearch and practice of curriculum development, and accumulated a rich experience, haveachieved some success.In recent years, the relevant domestic research on the development of school-basedcurriculum is rich, and already gets some achievement. But many studies focus on thetheoretical interpretation on the development of school-based curriculum and the necessity ofargumentation and preach, to summarize on the implementation of the specific enough,especially for schools and teachers to specific difficulties encountered in the development ofschool-based curriculum and their cause analysis, the countermeasures to build problems suchas lack of system research.This paper is based on the high school biology teaching, combined with the author’sschool-based curriculum development biology practice as well as their own teachingexperience, the high school biology school-based curriculum development andimplementation of a preliminary summary.At first, theoy and menaing of school-based developing is expounded, and itscharacteristics and the development basis are defined. As the focus of this paper, the authorsummarizes the development, implementation and evaluation of biology school-basedcurriculum of the school. During the development phase, the SWOT scenario analysis andquestionnaire survey, fully understand the real situation of curriculum development. Based onthe analysis of the situation, author divided the purpose of school-based development intothree levels, established the keystone of the development, attempted to carry out the whole process,such as setting curriculum aims, selecting the content, organizing classes etc. At last, throughsummary of the experience in the process of development and curriculum implementationafter the interviews, the author puts forward the problems existing in the development ofschool-based curriculum and cause analysis. Aiming at these problems, the corresponding countermeasures and solving measures are put forward.
