Research On College Student Volunteers Mobilization Mechanism

Since the1970s, Volunteer service has flourishing on a global scale. Since the reform and opening up, volunteer service activities in China have been developing rapidly, and it the number of college student volunteers has been increasing. However, we should realize that college students participating in voluntary service is still just a small part of all college students, and there are quite a number of volunteers participating in volunteer service only occasionally. College student volunteers mobilization mechanism is an effective way to improve this situation.First, I research the power source and components of college student volunteers mobilization mechanism. Then, the paper focuses on the operation and mode of the mechanism. At last, I point out the current problems of the mechanism. If the mechanism is in benign operation, the participation degree of the college students will be improved. In that case, we can ensure the sustainability of volunteer service.This paper is divided into six chapters:In Chapter Ⅰ, I introduce the background and significance of research, define related concepts, and demonstrate the analysis framework of research and research methods.Chapter Ⅱ introduces the basic theory that the mobilization of college student volunteer service relies on. This article attempts to use social capital theory to analyze mobilization mechanism construction. From the perspective of cognitive social capital and structural social capital aspects, we propose hypothesis on mobilization mechanism.The third chapter analyzes on college student volunteers mobilization mechanism, making full use of the survey data in Jinan colleges. I try to clarify the power source and constituent elements of the mechanism.In chapter Ⅳ, I complete building the college student volunteers mobilization mechanism. From the angle of the mobilization initiators, I analysis the operation process of mechanism. From the static aspects and dynamic aspects, I explore the mode of the mechanism.Chapter V expounds the problems existing in the college students volunteer service mobilization mechanism. I summarize the mobilization problems from four aspects which is initiators, recipients, approach and environment.ChapterVI is the conclusion. I verify the hypothesis and summarize the full text.
