In recent years, aerobics has become a popular sport in china. People like to participate inthe sport very much especially in the university.Aerobics curriculum has become a veryimportant teaching course in college physical education system University.Nowadays, existing Aerobics Teaching usually according the prescribed traditionalteaching program,from action training to creation of completed set.Finally in order to thecompleted set action as the examination score.Whether can we take the physical training andthe aerobics teaching system combined with each other, is worthy of further study anddiscussion.This study is under the aerobics teaching syllabus framework,considering the theregularity and characteristics of aerobics course,introduce independent shape training methodinto the daily aerobics teaching.The study’s purpose is search the effect on the aerobicsteaching after introduce independent shape training method. The purpose of this researchwhich find how to achieve the best teaching effect contain two aspect:one is find the beststage of the aerobics course in which introduce independent shape training; the other is findthe more reasonable proportion of shape training for aerobics course.Finally summarize themore reasonable aerobics course setting and improve the teaching effect of aerobics course.In order to achieve the research objectives,this study applied the experimentalmethod,and Literature data method, Interview method,and mathematical statisticsmethod.The experiment object is the first grade college students who elected the aerobicscourse.There are5classes in experiment.It proved that the experiment is effective throughthe homogeny test before experimental course.In the experimental course,two of classesaccording the conventional teaching methods;another three classes applying shape trainingwhich with different proportion of period or in different stages of course.So we couldcompare the three classes from different course setting horizontally.Finally examinationcontained from different level stage first is basic action and the last is completelychoreography.From the result of test we can see that introduction of shape training forcollege aerobics teaching effect is improved obviously.The different course setting result in different teaching effect.Conclusions of this study include the following:1.After introducing shape training in College Aerobics Course,the teaching effectespecially the basic action teaching effect improved currently. The improvement can be showfrom the exam result comparison between the experimental classes and the traditionalteaching classes,and the result of significance test.2.The teaching effect which take thirty percent of the curse as shape training is better thantake other percent of the curse.The difference can be show from the exam result comparisonbetween two experimental classes and the result of significance test.3.Applying shape training is effective to some content of aerobics teaching as basic actionteaching expressive force training more than the other as action linking,field adaptability andso on.
