As leader of the teaching teacher for a long time because of the particularity ofthe professional, determines the uniqueness of the quality of teachers, teachers’professional quality of teachers are required to match the request of the ages. In recentyears, along with the progress of the society, the continuous renewal of educationconcept and discipline development, constantly enrich the content of the teachers’quality structure. Society put forward the concept of sustainable development, theimplementation of the new national curriculum standard and the rise of the concept ofgreen chemistry is the new requirement for teacher quality.As a high school chemistry teacher because of the particularity of disciplinesrequire chemistry teachers should have unique quality, promulgation andimplementation of new curriculum standard, especially pay attention to qualityeducation, the education of environmental protection is increasingly obvious,therefore, high school chemistry teacher only has a certain environmental sciencequality can achieve environmental science education. Environmental education inChina started relatively late, in the developed countries for the quality of the teachers’quality structure of teachers’ environmental science research are much rarer. In thispaper, combined with the actual situation of high school chemistry teacher carries onthe investigation and study, the purpose is through the investigation and study, highschool chemistry teachers’ current environmental science quality, and the factorsaffecting teachers’ environmental quality, and then put forward the method ofimproving the quality of teachers in environmental science and environmentaleducation for middle school teaching better to provide the reference.Environmental science in this paper, we study high school chemistry teacherquality overall idea is to first of all, a clear definition of the concept of high schoolchemistry teaching environmental science, and on this basis, by reference to theliterature investigation and study, designed according to the questionnaire of middleschool chemistry teachers’ environmental science quality, according to the provincecity high school teaching resources distribution selection, general level schools andrural schools in the city part of the chemistry teacher as the research object, through statistical analysis to the feedback questionnaire and find out the factors that affectteachers environmental science quality, and put forward solutions.This paper mainly adopts literature method, questionnaire investigation andindividual interview method. In addition, based on the analysis of factors influencingthe environment quality of high school chemistry teachers, trying to analysis frommultiple dimensions, such as the teachers age, induction I learned professionalprofessor, level of education and high school teachers’ environmental qualitycomparison Angle, to summarize the reason why there are differences betweenteachers’ quality, and put forward the method of improving the quality of middleschool chemistry teachers of environmental science and the suggestion, hope can offersome help for related research.
