Interpersonal communication is an important social activity in life, it also significantly influenced the improvement of self-realization and happiness. College students are in the period of psychological development which they desired communication and understanding. Since they entered the colleges, which faced them are new environment and groups. Good interpersonal relationship and interpersonal communication are conducive to enhance their sense of self-value and power, which will build the conditions of the harmony between physical and mental, by the same time they can also to improve themselves, develop their personality, and enhance the capacity adaptation and the level of psychological health.Nowadays, the training of the capability of college students’ interpersonal communication has become an important aspect of many talents’ training in most universities. Research at home and abroad, in the students’ interpersonal communication status quo analysis, the study of the students’ interpersonal communication features, range, function, significance and impact factors, the basic theory more and deeper than other, but research of how to improve the college students’ interpersonal communication are majored in groups’ tutoring and counseling, although the effect is remarkable, scholars’ views and conclusions are most concentrated on the theoretical level, less on empirical research. Fewer research on the features which students showed in the aspect of interpersonal communication under the condition of economic era, the era of network and the era of information. Especially less in the psychology attitude and skills of communication for contemporary post-post-90college students in their interpersonal communication. For post-90college students’ interpersonal skills training on the use of the group’s working methods of empirical research hasn’t appeared yet.This study is a project for post-90s college students, based on an empirical research, interpersonal communication, interpersonal trait theory, theory of human motivation theory, group dynamics theory, need theory and social learning theory. This project is finished by literature analysis method, questionnaire method and interview method, combining theory and practice, needle implementation team activities on students’ design and scheme. The author personally participates and leads the group activities, and tries to use the method of group work to enhance the S university students’ interpersonal skills. In this process, the author evaluates all the information by the symptom checklist post-90(SCL-90), interpersonal trust scale (ITS) and subjective ideas of members in the group, and records and interviews in the team, and then arrange the data for the effect evaluation of the team’s work. Through all the research, the author summarizes the conclusion as below:1. The method of the group has an active effect for the interpersonal communication ability training of post-90s students at college.2. The method of the group enhances the health of psychoanalysis and the ability of interpersonal communication.3. This project is effective and feasible for improving the ability of interpersonal communicationThe method of this project is effective in improving the interpersonal communication ability of the post-90s students at college. The author summarizes the reasons that make the project successful, and hopes that it’s helpful for the college education.
