The Process Analysis Of Social Work Intervention Home-based Care Services

China has been facing the pension pressure since2000.In order to solve the problem, given our traditional custotanging. In recent years,the policy of "home care, family pension, supplemented, combined with institutional pension".From starlight Homes for Elderly People in2001, the implementation of home care services has been more than10years. During these times, it has played a huge role and made a great contribution to the cause of our pension.But at the same time,some problems occoursd inevitably. To solve these problems, the Civil Administration learn from foreign advanced experience,then associate social work with home care service.From2012the Civil Affairs of Jinshui District in Zhengzhou City carries out social work for the first time, then can solve the problems in the home care service.This article is based on the author’s internship experience,and combined with the studies. The article introduced Jinshui District Community Service Center,and then pointed out the problems that have arisen in the course of service. Social work is based on this problem, the social worker to carry out targeted social work services. This article focuses on the social workers’ services, social workers in the service object of the intervention process. By analyzing the status of social work intervention prior to the home care service status and social work intervention, and the two were compared come to the role played by the social work in the home care service.Some problems inevitably occur in the process of social work intervention, so does the social workers. In the last the writer summarizes these problems and puzzles, hoping it can be helpful for the work in the future.
