With the situation that expanding pre-school scale, improving the quality of pre-school education and pioneering the pre-school market becomes increasingly strong in China at resent years, the traditional postgraduate cultivation of pre-school education cannot satisfy the increasingly diversity needs of pre-school education stakeholders, which causes the big gap between the postgraduate’s structural demand and supply, and seriously impediments the quality improvement of pre-school education. This study has extracted14postgraduate cultivation programs as the study sample in all the39master degree authorizations in China, trying to find the problems, tracing the causes and recommending the optimizations.The study is divided into a total of four parts:the first part is the analysis of the formal rationality and essential rationality about the postgraduate cultivation program of pre-school education. Especially it as a normative document its elements structure and expression, as a discourse text which transfers the stakeholders’needs its validity and effective, as a guideline its referential to postgraduates and tutors. The second part bases on the analysis of the text sample, and parses many problems that exist in the current cultivation programs. For example, as a normative document it missing the important elements and the expression lack mandatory, as a discourse text it cannot reflect the multi-party education will, as a guideline it lack a clear sense of mission and cannot turn into systematic, scientific reference to the specific educational practice. Combination of existing research, the third part finds that the causes of the present problems can be the expression mechanism of pre-school education stakeholders’will is not perfect, the function position of cultivation program is not obscure, the development of cultivation program exists "path dependence", the dynamic structure of program running is not balance, and also lack of theoretic research about pre-school personnel training. So, the forth part mainly attempts to give some optimization suggestions, such as assisting subjective education, rebuilding the expression mechanism of pre-school education stakeholders’educational will, improving the running mechanism of the cultivation program, and strengthen the related theoretical study about pre-school personnel...
