A Study On The Cultivation Program Of Postgraduates In Higher Education

Nowadays,especially in our country,the scale of higher education enrollment is expanding.At the same time,the way to keep its quality of education has been widely concerned by all sectors of society.Besides,the development of market economy needs more elite who has received higher education.In the face of this situation,the training program of postgraduates in higher education cannot satisfy the diversity needs of the current market economy.Higher education can promote quality of society and full their students.in other words,If the university personnel training can not meet the needs of society,it can be said that it is a great failure.Not only the development of society,but also the of country will be effected.So higher education in our country is now facing a great challenge.The development of the training program can effect the future of students seriously.So it is very important to study the training program of postgraduates in higher education in our country.In this paper,58 training programs of higher education masters of higher education have been selected as the sample of this study.On basic of affirm the rationality of the existing postgraduates of higher education.But also can dig deep into the current higher education masters graduate program so that we can find the disharmony factors.After that I also try to analyze the root causes.Try to find the similarities and differences in the training programs of postgraduates in the 58 higher-level programs of higher education in the current stage.It is intended to improve the higher education professional postgraduate training program.At last,some useful advises will be given.Firstly,the universities should focus on the needs of students and employing units;Secondly,pay attention to elective courses and the development of practical courses when curriculum is setting up.Trying to improve the comprehensive practical ability of students effectively,so as to obtain more long-term development;Thirdly,The determination of the number of years of postgraduate study in higher education should be considered in the light of the history of the development of the academic year and the professional needs and practical needs of higher education.The final assessment of the quality of the secondary assessment should strengthen,and the quality of essay should be improved.
