Inner Mongolia Medical University Nursing School began to popularize theuse of multimedia courseware in2003, changed the traditional teachingmethod. On a macroscale this is an effective application form of ComputerAided Instruction (CAI). It make the lessons become more vivid, intuitive andlively when the students accept the medical education, and create goodmedical practice environment to offer a better representation of the content ofmedical professional courses, effectively mobilize the students’ various senses,and strengthen the learning effect. So, multimedia courseware teachinggradually become the main school-teaching form of various professionalcourses in the Inner Mongolia Medical University Nursing School.However, I think that emphasizing practical is very important when themultimedia courseware is used in teaching, we must have persisted in givingfirst place to the students, pay more attention to the students’ feeling,especially place great emphasis on the teaching effect.Objective: In recent years since the reform of the technical secondary schoolenrolling system, the source of students has greatly changed. As the changesof the students’ Characteristics, I have been considering that how the effect ofmultimedia courseware was used in teaching? Does the using value achieveauthentically in the classroom? Is the multimedia courseware beneficial tostudents’ study? How should we design quality multimedia courseware for thestudents? This study aims to find the answer of these questions.Methods: we took the class of2011secondary nursing students from InnerMongolia Medical University Nursing School for example, conducteddocument retrieval, phenomenology studies and a survey of the application of multimedia courseware in the teaching of medical nursing,Results:The advantages of the multimedia courseware was used in teachingis visual and interactive. The disadvantages is making multimediacourseware.Conclusion: Using multimedia courseware in teaching is necessary.In this research, the specific arrangements as follows:Chapter one:Elaborated the purpose, significance and method of theresearch.Chapter two: Defined the concept of multimedia courseware, and describedthe theoretical basis of the research.Chapter three: Introduce the questionnaire and the investigation object.Summed up the problems in medical nursing teaching with multimediacourseware through data analysis.Chapter four: Oriented exclusively toward the main problems, we proposedmethods and strategies to solve them one by one, and according to theproposed improvement strategies, update medical nursing multimediacourseware.Chapter five: Summarized this research, While affirming the achievements,I was clearly point out inadequacies of this study, and raise some questionsabout multimedia courseware application in secondary medical educationwhich need to intensive study.
